Refresh your basic skills or try Feldenkrais for the first time. Slow down and pay attention to the sensations in your body. Find out how your posture and the way you hold yourself could be contributing to your pain, injuries, or limitations. Then learn how to move beyond them. The path towards improvement of posture, relief of pain and injury prevention lies in the coordination of your muscles, bones, and your awareness.
