Happy Monday, Feldenkrais Fans!  Tonight the ATM class at Hawthorne Wellness Center will be taught by Zack Hegge.  He studied Feldenkrais in San Diego with Mark Reese and Donna Ray.  It’s always useful to have different teachers, so I look forward to hearing about your experiences.

I am in San Rafael again, soaking up my last segment of the Anat Baniel Method for Children, and will be back in time for next Monday’s class.  See you then.  And in the meantime, have an awesome time with Zack!
